Ebbene, in questo caso può e a guadagnarne è tutta la prima parte del film, che nelle scene reintegrate svela diversi nessi logici che nella versione cinematografica andavano persi. Inoltre, concedendo qualche minuto in più ai diversi personaggi, non solo rende più logico il loro modo di agire (in particolare le ragioni dell'astio di Superman nei confronti dell'uomo pipistrello) ma riesce a coinvolgerci un po' di più nella loro sorte. Purtroppo tutti gli altri problemi prima elencati rimangono tali e quali anche in questa versione e il finale risulta invece fin troppo prolungato. Se non vi è piaciuto in sala difficilmente la Ultimate Edition di Dawn of Justice vi farà cambiare idea, ma se lo avete apprezzato o lo vedete per la prima volta questa versione è certamente la più consigliata.
